In April, I had the chance to attend the Spark Retreat Photography Workshop hosted by Caitlin and Luke Photography and Rachael Schirano Photography ! The workshop was a blast – filled to the brim with education and beautiful styled shoots that Caitlin, Luke, and Rachael put together to help all of the attendees refine their skills, and learn some new ones too! If you saw my blog last week, then you know that there was  an engagement session styled shoot. The second styled shoot focused on spring wedding inspiration and it was beautiful! 

Photographing wedding styled shoots is always incredible because so many vendors spend time creating and providing inspiration for us photographers to capture. This styled shoot was exceptional! I mean, can we just talk about the cake with the macaroons?! Pollen and Pastry knocked that one out of the park! I hope to see more cakes like this at some of my upcoming weddings!! And those florals by Vera & Buck Floral Studio were perfect. I don’t think anyone can disagree the peach and pink color scheme is perfect for spring weddings. Every detail was stunning and it was a great chance to feel inspired and rejuvenated for the upcoming wedding season.

I can’t thank Caitlin, Luke, and Rachael enough for creating this incredible workshop. I am so thankful I was able to attend and soak up all of their knowledge. Workshops like this make me so excited to do my job every day – and remind me why I started. I am thrilled at the chance to be able to take everything I learned and apply it to my own business now to better serve my clients and make my life easier, too!
