Abby and Erik are getting married! For this couple of 6+ years, this has been a long time coming and I know they’re so excited. We met up for their fall Forest Park engagement session and I just loved spending time with both of them. It’s clear they have a ton of fun together, no matter what they’re doing. And I absolutely adore the way they look at each other. It’s like they’re the only two around. I’m so glad they decided on one of my favorite spots in St. Louis, too, for their portraits. It was just a beautiful night and I’m so excited for you to see their photos!

Fall Forest Park Engagement Session

Abby and Erik met while they were in high school. Although they went to separate schools initially, they met because Abby joined Erik’s theatre department. The two of them went on to Truman State University together. Erik graduated the year before Abby and through it all, they were there for each other – supporting and loving each other. And now, they’re making things super official! To celebrate, we got together in the fall for their engagement session.

We spent the evening exploring Forest Park together. One of the reasons I love working at Forest Park is that it’s just SO versatile. You can get the architecture of St. Louis and beautiful outdoor portraits. And the view at sunset is second to none! Abby and Erik brought two outfits for their portraits and honestly I loved them both. They pulled off the dressy and casual outfits perfectly. I always encourage my clients to bring options so that they have variety in their final galleries.

Congratulations again Abby and Erik! I’m just so happy for you!! Enjoy this little throwback to your engagement session.
